SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISE (SME)
PROGRAM MANAGER

• Candidate must be a graduate of any of the ff disciplines: Economics, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science.
• Has skills in credit evaluation of Small and Medium Businesses.
• With proven Leadership skills.
• Has 10 years experience in credit operations, at least five (5) years direct lending experience to Small and Medium Enterprises, at least three (3) of which are in supervisory/ managerial capacity.
• Has the potential to progress to a senior management position.
• Has a heart of service for the poor.

BRANCH MANAGER

• Overall management of a branch
• Graduate of any business related discipline.
• With 2 years supervisory/managerial experience in lending or banking operations.
• With proven leadership skills and the ability to lead diverse personalities. Has a heart of service for the poor
• Areas open: La Union, Ilocos Region, Nueva Ecija and Isabela.

ACCOUNTING CLERKS/ASSISTANTS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA an advantage but not a requirement
• Proficient in computer operations

• With good analytical skills and ability to relate well with the "masa"; Finds joy in fieldworks, particularly in poverty - stricken communities

FINANCIAL ANALYST

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College in BS Accountancy.
• Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Preferably holding a supervisory position with at least 3 years working experience in General Accounting and/or Audit functions.
• Computer literate.
• Can work long hours and under pressure.

FARM CREDIT ACCOUNT OFFICER

• A graduate of BS Agriculture.
• With good analytical skills and ability to relate well with "masa"; Finds joy in fieldwork, particularly in poverty-stricken communities
• Must have a working knowledge in farm credit.
• With good communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Tarlac areas .
